PALACE ENTERTAINMENT

Palace Entertainment is the largest family amusement and water park operator in the U.S. with 38 locations and over 14 million visitors annually. Established in 1998 after the initial acquisition of 16 independently owned family entertainment parks, Palace Entertainment continues to consolidate the fragmented family entertainment industry. Palace Entertainment waterparks include; Wet 'N Wild in Las Vegas NV, Raging Waters in San Dimas and San Jose CA, Splish Splash in Riverhead NY, Big Kahuna's in Destin FL, Water Country in Portsmouth NH, Mountain Creek in Vernon NJ and Wild Waters in Ocala FL. Palace Entertainment also owns Boomers, Castle Park, Silver Springs, Malibu Grand Prix, Mountasia, and Speedzone family entertainment parks in CA, TX, FL, GA, and NY.

QUINN MEDICAL

Quinn Medical, Inc. designs and markets non-invasive orthopedic medical devices aimed at relieving pain, restoring function, and improving quality of life. Their first orthotic bracing product is a system comprised of a core back brace and various accessories designed to meet a broad array of patient needs ranging from post-surgical immobilization to less restrictive pain relief modalities including cold and/or heat therapy, enabling clinicians to tailor and graduate treatments throughout the continuum of care.

BOOMERS

Boomers! Parks is a chain of family amusement centers which feature indoor activities including carousels, kiddie swings, restaurants, musical shows and video arcades; and outdoor activities including miniature golf, kiddie rides, bumper boats, batting cages, go-karts, kiddie roller coasters, and laser tag. The Palace Entertainment chain was originally founded in 1998 by merging separate brands: Camelot Parks, Palace Park, Boomers!, Grand Prix Race-O-Rama and Family Fun Center; in 2001, the DBA name was changed to its present name. Its current official slogan is "Where Family Fun Rules!"–The chain is owned by Palace Entertainment.

THE MONEY PLACE

The Money Place is a chain of check cashing centers located throughout California. In addition to company stores, Money Place (through a subsidiary) sold franchising rights to various groups which developed a total of 35 stores. Money Place also developed the concept of building self contained check cashing centers in grocery stores. Money Place was later sold to a nationwide financial services firm and at the time had annual revenues in excess of $25 Million Dollars.

AMAZING JAKES

Amazing Jakes is a chain of family themed restaurants featuring an All-U-Can-Eat Buffet full of Pizzas, Pastas, Soups, a Potato and Salad Bar, Fountain Drinks and Desserts. Each restaurant is larger than 70,000 square feet and features family themed entertainment attractions such as Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Interactive Redemption and Video Games and much much more. Amazing Jakes facilities are located in Arizona, Colorado and Texas and also appealing to Birthday Parties, Group Events are Corporate Outings.

Southern California Yachting News was a monthly publication covering the news and local yachting events of southern California. The newspaper also covered a variety of public interest stories, restaurant reviews and other useful yachting information. The newspaper was later sold to a large publisher and merged into another publication.
